The important distinction is how you want to use the suspension, not an assumption that one product must always sit lower. Virtual Link can achieve equally low heights in many applications, and in some setups it may recover to driving height faster.

How Dumpbox lowers the car

TGK's C8 Dumpbox V2 provides remote-operated air-out functionality. An air solenoid vents the suspension, with the lowest position limited by the air bags' residual-pressure check valves and the vehicle's physical setup. That is an air-release process, but it should not be described as emptying every air bag completely or guaranteeing that the car reaches an identical position on every build. The remaining pressure, suspension geometry and fitted components still matter. For an owner who primarily wants a dedicated parked air-out control, Dumpbox offers a focused function. How Virtual Link fits the same goal

Virtual Link B1 works with the compatible factory air-suspension control system to adjust ride height. You can set the front and rear, establish corner calibration and store the positions you want to recall. Control is available through the Wi-Fi web interface or Bluetooth mobile app. Supported factory drive-mode assignments let the saved setup work through the car's controls, without keeping the app open. Height adjustment is available on the fly within the operating range of the complete suspension. For many owners, that means a single controller can cover a lowered everyday stance and the low parked appearance they want. The product adds choices between those positions as well, rather than making the buying decision only about the lowest point.

Can Virtual Link go just as low?

In Pinnatec's experience, yes, in many applications. A dedicated venting device does not automatically produce a lower final stance than Virtual Link on the same vehicle. Results depend on the air suspension, existing links or coding, calibration and wheel-and-tire clearance. Virtual Link may also recover to driving height faster in some setups. This is a qualified observation from Pinnatec's product experience, not a universal recovery-speed result. A fair comparison would use the same vehicle, starting position, load and system conditions.
